While we do carry straps for Daniel Wellington watches, we currently do not sell straps separately for other brands that we carry. For us to be able to change the straps, the following criteria have to be satisfied:- The brand of the watch face and strap has to be the same- The width of the new strap has to be the same as your current strapFor specific questions on whether the model of your watch is compatible with a certain strap, either ask our service staff via the chatbox function or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I change the straps for my watch to another colour?
Can I change the strap on my own?
This differs greatly from brand to brand:Daniel Wellington - You can change the watches on your own, and Daniel Wellington has made tutorials on changing their straps on their Youtube channel here. Alternatively, you can visit any one of our stores and our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.Olivia Burton - Only the straps in the gift set are easily interchangable as they have a special lever. Otherwise, you generally have to visit one of our stores with your strap and our staff will assist you.Bering - Most Bering collections require a jeweller to change the watch straps, except the latest Max Rene collection that you can change on your own.
My watch has been damaged. Where should I go to get it repaired?
For Bering, Timberland and Daniel WellingtonWith effect from 7 Apr 2016, Norbreeze Group’s service centre has been out-sourced to a third party vendor, as such we will no longer be able to receive any servicing request at Delta House #03-01D.All watches that require servicing will can be dropped off at any BERING and Daniel Wellington stores (except COCOMI Raffles City, TANGS Orchard & TANGS Vivo City).Please be reminded to bring along the invoice and warranty card.Collection will be conducted at the original drop-off location or Delta House #07-04.

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay.
Are my transactions on Cocomi safe?
Absolutely. Security is one of our top priorities, so we utilises Stripe, a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Delivery and Return Policy
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
With our Standard Shipping option, orders will be delivered within 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We provide our customers with 2 possible options for collection:
Delivery to Specified Address:
We will deliver the package to the address you have indicated within the stated 3-hour time frame. Do ensure that you have someone to sign off for the package on your behalf if you are unable to be at the location at that time.
Collection at our store:Collect your timepiece at any one of our stores during any of our opening hours. Let us know of which outlet you would like to collect your package and collect the package from our friendly service staff. Do take note that we will still require 6 business days if the stock for that watch model is not available at that specific store. All purchases come with free delivery across Singapore.
How can I track my orders?
Unfortunately, at this current time we are unable to support the feature to allow for live tracking of packages as we want to continue offering free shipping and offer competitive prices.

How do I process the return of my watch purchase?
All your purchases from Cocomi are eligible for a free 14-day return policy, so long as it is in it's original packaging in the original condition and tags intact. We currently process all refunds manually, so drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch with you within 1 business day.
