As title, I request to exchange the size of the watches via email but limited and slow reply is provided. After that I brought the watches to SG's cocomi outlet and the SA have assisted me to exchange the watches. The SA at NEX, Tampines (SG) is kind and responsible, he have contacted me several times and updated me on the progress. Anyway, the product is good as expected.
